As you continue to use the Services, you will regularly provide Fitbecome with further personal data. It follows from the nature of the Services that we must process such data that you upload to the Services to enable the Services, for example, we will process your steps data to enable the monitoring and presentation of your personal goals (whether it be weight loss or weight gain). This processing is a pre-requisite for us being able to offer the Services to you.

If you connect to the Services using a Third-Party Application (e.g., Health Connect) Fitbecome will collect and use your personal information from such Third Party Applications such as health data that you choose to synchronize with Fitbecome’s Services.

Some of the data mentioned above, collected from you and processed by Fitbecome for certain features of the Services, is possible for us to delete and cease processing for the future if you so require, without you having to terminate your use of the entire Services, i.e., not all data (submitted over time by you to us either directly or through third-party services) is required for you to still be able to use the Services. If you want us to cease processing certain data about you under this category, we will inform about the consequences of such cease, i.e., how it will affect your use of the features of the Services.

Health Connect Data


Data collected, and for what purpose:

  • Read Steps count: Fitbecome uses Health Connect to count the number of steps users take. This information is not shared with any third party and is not used for any purpose other than providing or improving application's functionality or features.
  • Health Connect Data can only be accessed after obtaining the user's consent.
  • Health Connect user data is protected against unauthorized or unlawful access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
  • Data can be deleted by the user.

Image Information (Photos)

  • Photos (Optional): for App functionality

Our website and application may collect user images for various purposes, such as profile pictures or content submission. Please be aware that any images submitted to our platform may be stored on our servers for future use. However, we do not share these images with third parties; they are only used for internal purposes, such as improving our services and user experience. By submitting an image to our platform, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and storage of your image.

Once Fitbecome receives your transmission, we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our system.

Update or Delete Information


The User can use the feedback form on the website or software to notify Fitbecome of any updates, changes, or corrections to their previously collected information. In addition, upon user request, we will use our reasonable business efforts to remove user information from our databases; however, it may not be possible to completely delete user data due to support data or deleted records.

  • Before using the app, users are required to register. Registration on Fitbecome is free. During the registration process, some personal information such as name, phone number, age, weight, and daily activity level is requested from the user. Collecting this information allows Fitbecome to have a more accurate view of its users so that, in addition to a more convenient interaction, it can provide them with more suitable features. Fitbecome will not share this information with any third party without the user's permission.

  • Fitbecome takes necessary and appropriate hardware and software security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of user's personal information. Fitbecome allows access to user's personal information by its employees, but these individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and will face legal consequences if they violate these commitments.
